Our eminent panel of Senior Mediators have been with SMC since 1997. Their expertise lies in resolving complex conflicts and disputes in the most objective manner. They hold or have held positions of responsibility in government or private bodies, such as judges, Judicial Commissioners, Senior Counsel and consultants.
We have four classes of mediators—Senior, Principal, Associate and International—accredited based on their experience. All our mediators are skilled professionals trained and accredited to facilitate the resolution of conflicts between disputing parties.
